The apostles instruct us to mature and not be like easily swayed children (Eph. 4:14-15). And, to remain like babies (1 Peter 2:1). In the text for this message, Paul tells us to imitate God as dearly loved children. Jesus said plainly that someone could not enter God’s Kingdom unless they became like a little child. So, which is it? Child, or not?

At first glance, this all seems contradictory. However, the tensions and contrast point to a simple truth that Pastor Bo shares in this message: be childlike, but don’t be childish.
