Imago Dei
The term Imago Dei means “image of God.” It indicates a profound truth. You are created in God’s image, not just as part of a nameless mass of humanity, but uniquely — as a person with your story, your talents, and your ability to reflect the beauty of God in a way that no one else can. The apostle Paul describes you as specially created, literally a “masterpiece” of God, created for good works.
However, so many things plaster over the Imago Dei in all of us, including sin, insecurities, society’s ills, and the evil described by the Bible. So, Pastor Bo’s hope-filled message encourages us to discover God’s original intent by responding to the invitation of Jesus.
