November 30, 2021
optimizing
This week on the podcast, Alex and Ashleigh begin a series of conversations on the B4 Advent devotional. They share some behind the scenes stories of how the devotional came together and talk about what stories from this week’s readings stand out to them. Resources to dig deeper:
- You can download this year’s Advent journal at: https://www.b4church.org/advent/
- A really good visual way to learn about the Bible is the Bible Project. They have a series covering the basics (https://bit.ly/3wWA5OG) and then they have covered many of the themes that run throughout Scripture (https://bit.ly/3crKN6k)
- A book that looks at each Bible book as part of a larger narrative is 66 Love Letters by Larry Crabb https://amzn.to/3DuSFjv
